Our development leads us to strengthen our Middle Office team dedicated to Private Equity assets, in charge of the administrative, regulatory and financial follow-up of our investment vehicles.

The Middle Office team currently includes 25 persons, located in our Paris, Brussels and Helsinki offices. 

The Role:

Reporting to the Partner - Middle Office, located in Paris, you will actively participate in the daily monitoring of the operations in the Access Capital Partners Funds, specifically in the following fields:

• Monitoring and valuation of investments in the spaces of fund-of-funds buy-out;
• Coordination with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agents and Depositories of Access Funds, in France, Luxembourg and elsewhere in Europe;
• Monitoring of daily cash flows related to investments;
• Production of quarterly investment reports for Investors;
• Development of performance analysis tools and indicators;
• Improvement of control processes, workflow management and reporting formats;
• Management of junior members of the team. 

Skills:

• Very good practical knowledge of IT tools such as MS Excel and MS Word;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Rigorous and well-organized;
• Team player;
• Strong interest in the Private Assets sector;
• Familiar with accounting & legal terms would be an asset.

The Profile:

• Graduate from a leading business school (Master’s degree and/or major in finance);
• First working experience (min 4 years), preferably in the financial audit or investment fund sector;
• Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English is absolutely necessary (85% of communication takes place in English);
