Senior Investment Professional – Mezzanine & Private Debt

Access is currently seeking a Senior Investment Professional in the area of Mezzanine & Private Debt.
Her/his role will mainly consist of sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating and monitoring direct investments in Mezzanine and Private debt transactions.
The candidates will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of successful experience in direct mezzanine investments and / or in leverage / structured finance, in an international environment
- Good knowledge of and extensive network in the private equity industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong financial analysis and structuring skills
- Business judgement and commercial sense
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal presentation skills
- Clear and concise writing skills
- Good command of pack-office tools
The job will be located in Paris.
