Access Capital Partners, a Private Company with a share capital of €320,000 and registered at the Paris trade register (RCS) under n° B 421 391 764, is an Asset Management Firm approved by the French securities regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under no. GP 99010 since April 12, 1999. Access is headquarted in Paris, 121 avenue des Champs Élysées 75008.

Access Capital Partners was authorized as AIFM by the AMF on August, 1st 2013.

2. Compliance with regulation and business ethics

The purpose of this website is to present the activities of Access Capital Partners and provide information about its products to the general public. Pursuant to the AMF General Regulation, voting rights can be exercised to protect the interests of the investors in the funds under management.
