Leading Pan-European Private Equity & Infrastructure with €14 billion of Assets Under Management, Access Capital Partners (“Access”) is seeking an intern to assist its ESG & Sustainability team. The ESG & Sustainability team’s responsibility is to coordinate, drive and optimize ESG operational processes across private equity, private debt and infrastructure investing activities.

The internship will take place in our Paris office for six months.

The role:

• Support the ESG data management project in line with the application of SFDR Assist in the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio funds and companies, liaising with the external digital data management specialist (update of the annual questionnaires, analysis of the data…)
• Update and improvements of annual ESG reports to clients, based on the annual ESG data collection and research from public sources and CSR reports available on portfolio businesses
• Undertake ad-hoc support and research tasks as required by the ESG Team

Key skills:

• Last year student or recently graduated from a university or Grande Ecole (Sustainable development Master’s preferred)
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the growing ESG, Sustainability & impact trends within the financial industry
• A first experience in the same or similar field and some knowledge of sustainable finance related regulations is a plus
• Strong written communication skills both in English and French
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential), Powerpoint and Word
