Sophie Debert Pérat joined Access Capital Partners in March 2025 on an independent basis, focusing on institutional and family office business development across French‑speaking Europe and Switzerland.
She has over 24 years of experience in asset management, including more than 10 years in private markets.
Prior to joining Access, she spent 10 years at Muzinich & Co in Paris, as Senior Director, where she was responsible for institutional and wholesale investor relations and business development across French‑speaking Europe and Switzerland, covering public and private corporate credit strategies.
She previously served as Head of Business Development at Edmond de Rothschild Group for 10 years, focusing on alternative investment strategies. In this role, she covered institutional and wholesale investors in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
She began her career at Commerzbank in London, where she worked in the Structured Products department
She holds a MSc in Finance from Université Paris IX Dauphine and is a graduate of WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany
