Access’ development leads us to strengthen the Middle Office team, in charge of the administrative, regulatory and financial follow-up of all investment vehicles.

The team, which currently includes 19 persons located in Access’ Paris, Brussels and Helsinki offices, needs to increase its capacities to maintain and develop its information system and professional software.

The candidate will report to the Partner-COO and will work, within the Middle Office team, in coordination with the rest of the company (Investment teams as well as Investor Relations, Compliance and Legal teams).

The candidate will contribute to the maintenance and deployment of the Information systems to sustain the operational activity of the local teams in Paris, Brussels and Helsinki, particularly under the following aspects:

• Management of the operating relationship with key system vendors
  • Implementation of developments (internally or in coordination with software vendors /consultants):
  • to accommodate additional reporting formats (Solvency II, FATCA/CRS, etc.)
  • to sustain new investment strategies (FX management, loan facilities, etc.)
     
• Oversight of the data management policy of the firm:
  • Automation of data entry
  • Process of data control
  • Formats and timeliness of data reports

Requirements :

• With a strong IT/data management academic background, the candidate has up to 3 years of experience in system vendor, advisory firm and/or operational middle office within an investment firm or related service provider, preferably related to AIFs
• A good knowledge of the professional and regulatory environment, valuation methodologies (FMV) is a plus
• Fully fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
