Mission :
Access Capital Partners (“Access”), with offices in Paris, Brussels, London, Helsinki Munich and Luxembourg is a leading independent European manager and advisor of Funds and Mandates in private equity, private debt and infrastructure overseeing assets for institutional clients and high net worth individuals.

The firm manages co-mingled funds and segregated accounts invested in European small and mid-market buy-outs, Infrastructure and Mezzanine/Private debt. The firm’s products and services encompass primary and secondary fund investments as well as direct co-investments alongside fund managers or industrial partners.

Our development leads us to strengthen our “Middle Office” team, in charge of the administrative, regulatory and financial follow-up of our investment vehicles.

The team, which currently includes 19 persons located in our Paris, Brussels and Helsinki offices, needs to build its presence in our Luxembourg office. The assignment will include, in particular, the administrative follow up of investment vehicles structured as limited partnerships.

You will report to a Monitoring Director, based in Brussels, and will work, within the Middle Office team, in coordination with the rest of the company (investment teams as well as investor relations, compliance and corporate finance teams).

You will oversee, with the help of our local teams in Brussels, Paris and Helsinki, the operational activity of some of our investment vehicles, particularly under the following aspects:

Supervision of the management entities of investment funds (General Partners based in Luxembourg):

• Follow up of the corporate life of the General Partners - attendance to board meetings, writing and circulation of meeting minutes ;
• Reporting and filing of accounts to the relevant market authorities;
• Follow up of the applicable regulatory and tax environment.

Supervision of the administration of the investment funds, Luxembourg based Special Purpose Vehicles and holding vehicles:

• During setup :
  • Circulation of legal and commercial documentation
  • Registration of investment vehicles
• Subscription (Process of identification and acceptance of Investors);
• Coordination with banks, accounting firms, depositaries, auditors;
• Follow up of legal process related to the investment, the holding and disposal of portfolio assets;
• Management of communications to the Investors - both going out (circulation of notices and reports) and answers to requests received;
• Document management and archiving.

Supervision of the operational activity of investment funds, Luxembourg based Special Purpose Vehicles and holding vehicles:

• Cash-flow follow up and liquidity management;
• Legal, tax and regulatory compliance controls on portfolio assets;
• Maintenance and update of procedures;
• Contribution to the development of our information system.

Requirements:

• Ideally a significant experience (minimum 5 years) in audit domiciliation agent or accounting firm and/or operational middle office, preferably related to Soparfi or AIFs, which enables you to be immediately operational;
• This experience allows you to have a deep knowledge of the professional and regulatory environment, including accounting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS), valuation methodologies (FMV), and tax aspects;
• You are fully fluent in English (written and spoken).German and/or French language is mandatory;
• You are familiar with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).

You are autonomous and rigorous, and your analytical capacities allow you to understand all aspects of the fund administration of AIFs. Your interpersonal skills allow you to become part of a diversified team in a fast growing company.
